A single-room refresh usually wraps in 6–8 weeks. Full-home projects range from 4–7 months depending on scope, custom fabrication timelines, and contractor schedules.
Absolutely. We love blending heirloom and vintage finds with new commissions. During discovery we'll identify what stays, what's reupholstered, and what's replaced.
We require a 40% deposit to begin, with the balance split across two milestones — concept approval and final installation. Detailed terms are outlined in our project agreement.
